CreativeTranslating.com is owned and operated by me, Barbora Růžičková. I run a sole proprietorship, registered in the Register of Trades of the Czech Republic by the Prague 6 Municipal District Authority since 25 June 2013.

My ID number is 01830546 (I'm not VAT-registered) and I reside at the following address: Šlikova 1221/40, 169 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic.

The moment you contact me (generally because you want something translated), you provide me with your personal data. Typically, this would be the document for translation, your invoicing and contact details, and any other information you decide to share with me because our cooperation requires it. I will process this data for 10 years.

Processing data in this way is possible due to the GDPR. I am the sole person with access to your data. I do not forward it to any other processor, nor do I share it with anyone. All data processing takes place within the EU.
